Pretty stupid suggestion really, the vast majority of players who had beta keys for GW1 don't play the game anymore so as was said above GW2 beta with 3 players, fail

/notsigned

How about...... giving beta keys to everyone who has gwamm *+10AL vs fire equipped*

I'm joking obviously, but thought id better say it because sarcasm doesn't always come through on forums ^^

Actually Vallen, i like your idea much better. What if you had to have gwamm and a full HoM to enter GW2(first major city). This would keep GW1 alive, maby the ones with it would enter GW2 at say Lions Arch, new players would have to go through the newbie areas and get to the first city, while us experienced players could start out at a LA type town that has HoM acess.

/signed, great ideas in this thread! ....................NOT!

Now let me explain why I /notsigned. First of all, a huge number of GW players have GWAMM. Go to Kamadan anytime and start counting. Secondly, GW Proph beta keys?

I have a better idea Wrath of m0o, only players who have chaos gloves in all the dye colors and buckets of ectos on their mules should be allowed to PLAY GW2. That way, only the best of the best (amrite?) will be allowed in there. ....again..NOT!

I apologize for this pile of sarcasm

^^^ This, time ten thousand bagillion.

If you wanted to make it a special thing, have it that whomever spent the most money gets first dibs on the BETA.

Everyone gets equal opportunity, no more no less.

Some people are far more loyal fans than those who were in the original beta.

well for the one who suggested beta keys on pre order like Aion,,,, this was a shambles to get keys to run ..if you had a beta key you would have noticed the problems it brought....on Aion with patches issed left right and center to get them to work

Anet have there own ways to issue keys for Beta there are ones using them just now ..alpha just look at the farewell screenshot from Germany re demo.

One way or another nomatter what is posted here Anet have there way when the time comes around..

p.s Geeze gwamm ect also ..so your saying the Farmers are above others

lets put it this way for the farmers u have 1 account got gwamm what about guys who have numerous accounts the contributed more to the game than a single account.....let the flame war continue /or ones who think they should get it...ill get the game wether or not i get a beta or not

I have a guildie who has a GW2 beta key already so who knows the methodology Anet is using to select those who will do the beta testing? It's great we have someone who can feed us tidbits of info, but I'd love to be one of the ones selected.

I've always been confused... Is it "tidbits" or "titbits"?
